How to create a payment?

Via «Payments» → «Create payment». The payment will be created in invoice_wait status, open the payment, copy the link or open the QR-code to scan for your customer to make the payment.

How to find out the payment status?

You can check the payment status in «All payments» → «Payments». If the payment is successful, it will have the status success or wait_compensation.

Via «Settings» → «Notifications», you can enable the sending of messages to Privat24 about the status of payments.

How to turn on payment notifications?

In the LiqPay Business Cabinet: «Settings» → «Notifications». You can enable the sending of push notifications to Privat24 and reports to e-mail.

In what format can the file with payments be exported?

You can download the report/register/credits file export in CSV or XLS format.
