The «National cashback» is a state program to support citizens. When purchasing Ukrainian goods, the consumer will receive 10% compensation of their cost. At the same time, this program additionally supports micro and small businesses in wartime by stimulating the demand for Ukrainian goods.

- are on the general taxation system;

- use PRO/PRRO in their work with daily submission of reports to the State Tax Service of Ukraine, and also haveselling goods of a domestic manufacturer with the corresponding product code reflected in the fiscal check*;

- use a POS terminal or Internet acquiring (e.g., LiqPay from PrivatBank) for payments.

To participate in the project, merchants submit an application to join the List of Ukrainian sellers in electronic form through the Diia portal.

- last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of an individual entrepreneur/head of a legal entity;

- legal entity name;

- taxpayer's registration card number (for an individual entrepreneur);

- legal entity's identification code according to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;

- fiscal number of the cash register with the Merchant ID and Terminal ID of the bank terminal connected to this cash register (information provided by the bank);

- legal address of the business entity, list of registered (actual) addresses of business activities, sale of goods (the same address as in the registration form 20-OPP should be indicated).

The application should be signed using a qualified electronic signature.

These are the identifiers of the point of sale and the terminal installed at this point of sale or the identifiers of the virtual terminal of your online store in LiqPay, namely:

Merchant ID = retailer identifier (example: VIKNASTAR).

Terminal ID = terminal merchant (example: I0110IGP).

To register a terminal and find out the Merchant ID and Terminal ID combinations, please contact the Help Online chat. The terminal is registered within 24 hours.

You can find out the cash register fiscal number when using the LiqPay PRRO in the PRRO menu «Cash register» → «Merchants - PRRO». If you use a third-party fiscal service, we recommend clarifying this information in the corresponding support service.
