For payers

On the page https://www.liqpay.ua/en/adminpersonal/, enter a phone number assigned to your card. Next, confirm the login to your account using the SMS code that will be sent to the phone you indicated. You can also confirm via the Privat24 application.

In the «History» menu, select the required date and your payment from the list on the calendar. Successful payments are shown in green. Unsuccessful payments are in red.

Open a payment in the «History» menu. Next, click the «Send a receipt» button and specify the email to which we will send the receipt. Prohibited domains of sanctioned countries: .by, .ir, .iq, .cu, .ni, .sy, .mm, .kr, .ru, .ve, .af, .cd, .so, .ss, .sd, .ye, .zw, .ly.

To return a payment and receive information about the status of your order, we recommend that you contact the recipient with a payment receipt.
The receipt will indicate the website where the payment was made. You can also find information about the website by opening a payment in the «History» menu.
