How to activate the PrivatPay payment method?
PrivatPay is automatically connected to all LiqPay clients.
What is PrivatPay?
This is one of the LiqPay payment methods confirmed via Privat24 mobile app which allows customers to pay for purchases without entering card details or other personal data.
What is the PrivatPay fee?
No additional fee if the payment is made via the PrivatPay.
On what devices the PrivatPay is available?
The payment method is available on any device (either via the mobile app or the webpage).
How does PrivatPay work?
1. A customer chooses a product, adds it to the cart, clicks «Pay».
2. Selects the PrivatPay method on a checkout page and confirms payment via Privat24.
3. LiqPay makes the payment and informs the customer about the result.

Can the customer pay with a PrivatBank card?
Yes. A customer can pay with any PrivatBank card via the PrivatPay.
Can the customer pay with a card from another bank?
Yes. For doing so, it should only be added to the Privat24 wallet.
To add a card from another bank you should:
1) go to the «All Cards section – Add – Add a card from another bank»;
2) name the card enter its details: number, expiry date, CVV;
3) when all the fields are filled, click the «Add» button.
