Registration instructions
To create a company, follow the link and enter your details.
After that, write the name of the enterprise and your email address.
If you have already submitted an application, please follow the steps below.
The screen shows the steps you need to go through to activate.
Click «Continue Activation» or go to the «Activation» section.
Test keys are available prior to activation, so you can configure and test the integration in parallel. Production keys will be available to you after the merchant is activated.
Step 1. Confirm your email
This is what the confirmation email will look like.
By clicking the «Confirm email» button, you will gain access and be able to continue with the activation.
Step 2. Specify the channel through which payments will be made:
- website and link to the user agreement (offer);
- mobile app;
- messenger bot;
- shop page on Facebook or Instagram
It is advisable to choose one channel - the one you plan to connect to LiqPay.
Step 3. Enter company details
The Bank must have up-to-date IE\LLC data. If you want to specify an account with another bank (IE\LLC), you need to go through an additional update (without opening an account).
If the administrative number holder and the individual entrepreneur are different persons, then the IE\LLC must add the phone number to the authority matrix, granting acquiring rights.
Step 4. Select a category of goods/services
Describe what you do: what you sell or what services you provide.
Or choose from the list if you know your MCC code by clicking the appropriate button.
MCC code (Merchant Category Code) is a code that payment systems use to understand a merchant's type of activity. Your customers will see information about your shop on the receipt.
Step 5. Provide documents
(if a request is made for the selected type of activity)
It is important that a request for documents can be both at this step (the item will be highlighted in red) and after processing the application and checking the website.
You can delete or edit the attached documents.
The Bank requests documents to avoid illegal activities. These conditions are established by legislation (NBU Resolution No. 164) and the rules of the Visa and Mastercard payment systems.
The documents you provide are confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Step 6. Sign the questionnaire
Go to the «Questionnaires» menu and sign the questionnaire with your SmartID signature to join the Terms and Conditions for Providing Banking Services.
The questionnaire can be signed by an employee with the right of first signature.
The application is ready to be sent for activation.
Make sure all items are marked with a green checkmark.
Your application will be processed within 24 hours.
You will receive a notification with the verification result in your LiqPay account and to email.
If errors or inaccuracies are found in the application, then in the LiqPay personal account («Notifications» menu) you will find all the information about what exactly needs to be added or corrected.
Merchant activated
If you have received such a notification, you can start working with LiqPay.
