List of categories of goods and services for which merchants are prohibited from accepting payments and/or making payments to cards through the LiqPay system

It is prohibited to sell any goods and services that violate the laws of Ukraine, regulations of state supervisory (control) bodies and may be considered obscene, offensive or misleading. In particular, but not exclusively, the prohibition applies to such goods and services:
- sale of counterfeit, falsified goods/services (copies, replicas) that contain a trademark or logo identical to the trademark or logo of another product, or similar;
- sale of goods containing the LiqPay logo or its elements;
- sale of materials and goods that encourage illegal activities or incite others to engage in illegal activities;
- stun guns, rubber truncheons, handcuffs, and special equipment containing tear gas and irritants, which belong to the special equipment of active defense used by law enforcement bodies;
- sale of firearms and spare parts for it, ammunition, cold steel, which is prohibited by law enforcement authorities, military equipment, explosives and methods of the explosion, chemical warfare agents and means of protection against them, space-rocket complexes, communication systems, and military control systems, encryption equipment, as well as regulatory and technical documentation for the production and operation of the above devices;
- legally unsettled activities of collection and debt agencies;
- financial pyramids, network marketing;
- unlicensed activity in gambling, concealment, substitution of this activity with another;
- unlicensed medication and pharmaceuticals (herbs, etc.);
- sale or violation of intellectual property rights;
- sale of databases containing personal data;
- sale of objects of history and art that make up the cultural values of the country;
- pornography, sexual exploitation content;
- photographs, video images, computer-generated images, cartoons, simulations, or any other means or actions that include, but not limited to, any of the following:
- coercion or abuse of children, child pornography;
- bestiality;
- rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior);
- non-consensual injury to a person or part of the body;
- sale of poisons, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, hazardous chemicals, devices for drug use;
- sale of human organs and remains;
- sale of uranium and other fissile materials and products made out of them;
- sale of instruments and equipment using radioactive substances and isotopes, x-ray equipment;
- sale of waste radioactive materials, explosives;
- sites that provide a service for boosting likes (subscriptions) in social networks;
- activity and / or provision of services in the field of entertainment for an adult audience, dating, escorts for which criminal liability is provided under the legislation of Ukraine.
