Requirements to merchant
1. Merchant's website does not offer goods/services, that are prohibited or restricted for sale in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the rules of International Payment Systems, the internal policies of the Bank, including:
- gambling, betting, casinos, slot machines, computer simulators, bookmakers, interactive establishments, electronic (virtual) casinos,
- services related to quasi-cash and virtual currencies (inc. crypto), exchangers, etc.,
- services of the aggregator of applications for microloans (de facto fishing),
- trading services, binary options, Forex, investment projects, etc.
2. Merchant's website provides a list, a brief description of goods/services and their prices.
3. Merchant's website has no redirects/links to other unsubmitted websites and inactive menus.
4. Merchant's website contains conditions and rules of payment process, delivery and refund (in a separate section or user agreement) that legally regulate the relationship between the Merchant and the cardholder.
5. Merchant's MCC codes correspond to the categories of goods/services offered on the Merchant's website.
6. There is information on compliance with the PCI DSS standard and there is a security policy for card data transmission, if the entry of customer card data takes place on the Merchant website (not through the Liqpay widget or Liqpay checkout).
7. There is privacy policy, if Merchant collects, processes and stores personal customer data and/or uses cookies (in a separate section or user agreement).
8. No grammatical and spelling errors, including brand names.
9. Merchant's website contains support contacts (e-mail and/or phone). If the merchant is focused on the market of another country, it is allowed to use the phone of that country.
10. Merchant's location (on the web-site) is in the government-controlled territory of Ukraine.
11. Merchant's website contains information about the manufacturer of goods (if applicable).
12. The text of the description of goods/services must be in Ukrainian.
13. Trademarks of the Visa and MasterCard brands in full color to indicate the possibility of accepting Visa and MasterCard cards, as specified in the product standards of those Payment Systems.
